Anyone experiencing problems using thier smart hub ? i seem to be unable to use web browser saying unable to find server

Hi @robertray52 You do not name your model but an you check you have the latest firmware on Samsung support site https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/
If fully up to date and issues power off for a few minutes and/or reset the network connection , may be best to unplug router before connecting again.
However please note video sites are only supported via apps and there can be problems with specific sites, some members have reported issues with https.
