Smart Hub Apps disappearing

Hi all,

My Smart Hub Apps keep disappearing/not working/won't download.   I have reset Smart Hub which gets everything back and working but as soon as the TV is turned off they disappear again and the only fix is to again reset Smart Hub. The Firmware is up to date.  Anyone have any ideas?  I have searched and cannot find any workable fixes.

My Hulu app icon disappeared and now I can't find the app to add back.  I have Samsung model UN55D6000SFXZA and software version T-GASAKUC-1031.0  Any ideas on how to add the app back?

I just spoke to Samsung on the phone and found that the 2010 & 2011 Sumasung TVs are no longer supported by Hulu. You have to buy an Apple TV or Roku stick for the Hulu app, among many others.
