smarrthings app issues on series 8 tv

hi everyone, I bought a Samsung TV UE55TU8507UXXU for smarrthings..  series 8 tv

When I get to the smarrthings app and I am signed into my Samsung smartthings account it is saying there are no devices or scenes registered.

Can anyone help?

Hi @jimjam88, can you check the following:

 

* Each device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi or other wireless network.
* For interoperability through SmartThings, all the devices should be registered with a single Samsung Account.

* Ensure that the device is compatible.

 

Is this all correct?

yes all of those things are correct, all on same WiFi, each device registered to same Samsung account. it is strange and frustrating, but I appreciate any advice @saudA

Still no answers from Samsung. Buyers beware in the UK. smartthings does not work on the TV's as stated
