Please could someone help - I continually get an error when trying to play slideshows in Art Mode - it says “Error - a system error has occurred. Please try again later’”
I’ve been in contact with Samsung numerous times but no seems to know how to fix. I’ve tried logging out and back in and resetting the smart hub - no luck!
I subscribe to Art Mode and can show individual pieces of art but not the slideshows (which happen to be my preference!) I think there is an issue on the back end as when I go into an individual piece of art for a few seconds it shows the cost before realising I have the subscription.
Any help gratefully received!

Same exact issue here. Restored defaults, logged out, uninstalled app on iPhone…still get the error. It’s only from the phone app though. Doing it on the TV works fine still…

Has internet and is updated to latest version. It’s been 5 months and still waiting for Samsungs app to work right. The art service works just fine from the TV itself, but the app is the one giving the error.

It's now August 2023 and I'm experiencing the same problem with my new 32" Frame TV and the SmartThings app (running on iOS).
I cannot use the app to add photos to the TV, and I cannot use it to display a slideshow. I've tried my own gallery, my favourites collection, and several art collections in Samsung's own subscription service gallery.
It works when controlled via the remote, but not via my phone.
My iPhone 13 is in direct line of sight to the One Connect box, with no obstacles in between.
The Wifi speed where the TV is located is very fast, via Eero 6+.... but for some reason, it just keeps failing. Has anyone got the app to work? If so, how?
