Sky Q Samsung S95b

I have noticed issues with my TV and my Sky Q set top box, mostly dolby sound issues, like on BBC one it's horried when say watching live football, yet on other channels, even sky uhd channel its fine, other people with different TV don't have this issue.

Alexa if I say channel 101 for BBC it starts talking about some other channel.

Another sound issue, if vol is on 4 or 6 at night all you hear is base rumble.

Also some TV programs or say the TV app netflix to hear I have to turn up vol to 30. 

I found from looking on the net, these are common samsung TV issues that you don't seem to of fixed?!

Hi @TrebleTA  Are you on the latest update 1602.2  (will likely be displayed as 1602 on TV)  ?  otherwise can be downloaded to USB and updated that way,  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/QE55S95BATXXU/#downloads 

However may not be the issue, are any errors detected in Sound Test, Support-Self Diagnosis-Sound Test https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/tv-audio-video/samsung-tv-sound-issues/ 

otherwise check connections are secure, an idea to reboot both the Tv   and SkyQ Box via unplugging,  a Feacytory Reset of the Tv may also be required.
