very strange issue, but since I updated the S95C firmware version 1410.1, it checks daily for firmware updates, even when I have auto updates turned off
It usually checks while I am watching something like in YouTube, so it takes you out of what you were watching, then depending on what you're watching, you have to restart the content or in best scenario, it continues playing what you were watching.
I have already soft reset and hard reset the TV, but its the same after I set this up.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or have any idea to stop it checking daily for updates.

Not that I have seen. the actual option to turn off auto updates has now disappeared, but when I run a device scan it says auto updates are off, and today so far, the issue has not presented itself.

I know it's a basic suggestion but try these couple things before you call Samsung. It's pretty much what they'll ask you to do. Point remote at TV and hold power button till the OLED logo shows up to run a restart. After you can also unplug for 1 min. From there if issue still persists go to menu, support, device care and run "start device care". After that if issue then you'll need to do a reset tv under menu, general & privacy the reset and default code is 0000 or 1234. Before you reset the TV be sure to jot down your picture settings and any other settings you may have . I find it's easier just to take pictures of the screens . These are all things Samsung support will ask you to do anyways so you might as well get them out of the way and see if any of them work. Then from there you can call Samsung support and tell them the issue and then also tell them everything you've done and they Fast Track you to level two support. Good luck!
