Hi
we purchased this tv, set it up, it doesn't seem to recognise any HDMI cables, we have tried various cables, we've tried disconnecting them and turning the power off for 10 minutes, then putting tv back on. We've tried resetting to factory settings. Still won't recognise HDMI in all 3 ports .
