Hi my Samsung smart TV UE46F6320 keeps disconnecting from the Wi-Fi every time I use Netflix, I can watch for about three or four minutes then it disconnects. There is nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi everything else is fine and I can watch Netflix with no issue on other devices. The firmware is up to date at version 2127.0. This has been going on for about 6 months or so, and the only thing that reconnects the Wi-Fi is to turn the TV off and on again or reset Wi-Fi settings.

Both my Samsung TV’s keep discounting as well!!! I also have LG TV’s and they work fine along with all of our other WiFi devises. Extremely FRUSTRATING!!!! Has anyone reply to you with a solution? It started about 6 months ago.

I have an UN32H5500 tv that two or three weeks ago started disconnecting from wifi ONLY when watching Netflix for a couple of minutes.
I have tried everything, from restting network setting, changing router, fixing DNS, factory resetting the entire tv and nothing.
I can watch YouTube without any problem. But watching Netflix for one or two minutes makes the tv drop the wifi connection, and it doesn't connects again needing to switch the tv off and on again.
Very frustrating issue. Also my tv won't receive further updates.
My only solution seems to connect the tv yo the router directly with a cable..
I hope they gave us a solution.
