SAMSUNG TV with Bluetooth Hearing aids

Anyone having a problem with a TV nolonger being able to connect to paired hearing aids?

It worked fine until a few months ago. We are wondering if Samsung have issued an update that has affected the TV's ability to recognise the hearing aids. They work with other devises, as does the TV .

If ita via BT shouldn't be an issue. Try unpairing completely in the TVs audio settings and adding it again.

Thank you. We have done that and the TV re-pairs to hearingaids, but next time we turn on the TV, it says they are paired, but can't connect again.
