Hi.

looking for help?

we had a power cut yesterday tv not turned on, but trying it today powers up screen stays black, but if I press EPG

shows all channels with thumb nail live of channel showing, with sound, 

checked internet all ok, but the minute I try a channel screen goes blank and can't return other than pressing EPG.

ive checked for updates, updated channels, but still only works as previous ?

It may be worth trying a reset of the TV to give it a fresh start. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.

I tried most things, update check, setting it all up from fresh etc, no change, just had EPG WITH THE SMALL PICTURE OF THE CHANNEL running with sound, but as soon as I changed channels screen went black.

so in disgust turned it off at the wall !

following morning and since no problems !
