I have an issue with my Samsung TV S94C. Every time I turn on my PC, I need to go through the "Scanning for devices..." dialog, add the PC icon to the home screen, and manually enable the Game Mode from the TV settings. Once I turn off the PC, the PC icon disappears from the home screen; it seems like the TV "forgets" the connection completely. With my Nintendo Switch, the icon remains on the home screen even if the Switch is undocked, and there is no need to scan for devices when I turn on the Switch.
I have searched all over the internet, but I cannot figure out how to enable the same behavior for my PC? How can I force the TV to remember the input, even if the PC is turned off? It is quite inconvenient to have to go through those extra steps every day. Please help!
My PC has "MSI MAG X670E TOMAHAWK WIFI" motherboard and "Asus Radeon RX 7900 XT TUF Gaming - OC Edition" GPU, if that makes any difference.
