Hi, my new Samsung telly keeps going dull after changing channels, like it's in energy saving mode.

You could check in settings to see if it is infact in energy saving mode.

Well it's not bc it's not a constant dip

@Emma100300 Try Settings-General-Eco Solution-Energy Saving Mode. You may also wish to check the other Eco options are deactivated.
