Samsung TV Error code 202 ISP blocking service

I have just gotten the error where my TV won't connect to anything but when connecting to my Internet there are no issues. I have gone through what others have suggested.

Turned off modem, router, and TV. Nothing

I have factory reset my TV and still getting the error.

Everything else in the house is working just fine it's just the TV that is having issues. Anyone have any other suggestions to try to fix this issue?

Erro 202 a  1 hora todos os meus app pararam de funcionar já reiniciei o molde e a tv umas 50 vezes nada x nada a Samsung me deixou na mão e já na tv da sala os app tão normais

This has been happening in the evenings off and on for a few weeks. Usually turning off and on the TV fixes it. But tonight, nothing works! Only my Samsung TV is having issues. None of my Apps will load. 

My ISP is Cox. Kansas, USA.

Wow.  "Love it" when megacorps don't test their updates and push out shotty (Ai) code. And can the mega corps stop with the lazy and greedy your service relies on us and only us. Next they'll want a monthly service fee for smart TV features. FIX IT SAMSUNG. ROLL THE S****Y CODE BACK AND GET OUR DEVICES WORKING

i called service center, and they say server issue.
