Samsung TV Error code 202 ISP blocking service

I have just gotten the error where my TV won't connect to anything but when connecting to my Internet there are no issues. I have gone through what others have suggested.

Turned off modem, router, and TV. Nothing

I have factory reset my TV and still getting the error.

Everything else in the house is working just fine it's just the TV that is having issues. Anyone have any other suggestions to try to fix this issue?

Yes. It's showing Server under maintenance. Apps are not opening.

Hi, This problem appeared today on my SmartTV (Mexico). I tried every internet tips (change DNS, Reset, etc), and none of it worked. However, i went into my modem settings and i reset the bandwidht setting, i mean, i changed it from 20Mhz to 40Mhz and then back to 20, and the problem was solved. Captura de pantalla 2025-08-01 022844.png

Voltou a funcionar quando fiz o login da Samsung Acccount da TV... Coincidência ou não, não sei dizer... Alguém quer comprar minha TV de 50 polegadas da Samsung? Já vou trocar por outra

Literally dealing with this now and it has been an annoying on going issue for me and this TV for over a year now. It’s been so bad with this TV I have literally decided I will NEVER purchase or have another Samsung TV they are junk in my opinion and never work and what’s the point of having a “Smart” Tv ( there is nothing “Smart”  about these TV’s they are more like “Dumb TVs”) if you can’t use it the way it’s intended to be used. Clearly I got a smart tv to be able to connect and use the apps but it’s annoying when trying to use anything on this TV and it won’t work but EVERY other TV and device in my home has NOT one time had any issues connecting to my WiFi or any apps unlike this plastic piece of junk. And I know it’s the TV because I have switched internet providers not for this reason but other reasons and if it were my internet why is it that the same thing is happening when I had regular old WiFi and it’s still happening and I now have fiber optic internet. It’s starting to make me mad and I just want to break the tv with a baseball bat but what good will that do it’s not like doing that will magically make the TV work correctly (even tho part of me thinks it might since everything with Samsung is ass backwards anymore.) and don’t bother contacting customer service through Samsung they aren’t gonna be much help if you even can get someone who doesn’t act or sound annoyed that you are calling and asking them for help with one of the company that they work for products, don’t get mad at me cause me calling is making you have to actually do what was clearly stated in the job description part when you applied for the job…. Jezzz I’ve given up on trying to get this fixed it’s been over a year and still not anywhere close to figuring out what the issue is and today is 09/09/2025 and I got the error message 202 again today for the 1000th time and that’s not me exaggerating, that’s the legit truth. @samsung y’all need to get it together and fix these unnecessary issues and just do better with the stuff your putting out for people to buy because of this issue for over a year I WILL NEVER BUY, GET, USE, GIFT , ETC ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN THEY WILL NOT EVER BE BACK IN MY HOME AGAIN
