The plastic covering the screen errorneously removed. Therefore no picture is showing. TV was bought in September 2021. Is the TV still covered on 2 years guarantee?
Probably not. The warranty covers manufacturers defects. It my be covered under the accidental damage section of your home insurance. These are my thoughts only. Contact customer services is your best option.
