HI @richarde You seem to have tried the general troubleshooting though some information here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/ If other Devices do not work in that port either I suspect there is an issue with HDMI3 and so think you would be best to contact Samsung support for assistance. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/
Support can check your set via Remote Assistance (if agreeable) to see if they can sort anything out at their end though may need repair.
