At startup my TV QE55Q65RAT remains blocked on HDMI
I reset my TV, I have to stop my TV several times to access the sources and I also lose the pairing of my remote control An idea please?
It does sound as though the HDMI ports on your TV may need to be reset. This can only be carried out by our Support Team by making a remote connection to your TV. You can contact them on 0333 000 0333, Mon-Fri | 8am to 8pm, or Sat-Sun | 9am to 6pm.
