Samsung S95C Firmware Update

Hi. Can anyone tell me why the firmware update option on my S95C isn’t available in my settings, it’s blanked out and saying not available. I am connected to the internet  ?

Hi @63johnw  Usually an issue when the source is not set to TV.  possibly switch of at mains for a minute,  switch on and ensure you are connected to the Internet.  Go to Settings-Support-Software Update and if still greyed out ensure the source is set to live Tv and not on an app.

Alternatively you can update via a USB download https://www.samsung.com/levant/support/tv-audio-video/how-to-update-the-samsung-tvs-firmware-using-a...

Thanks @JAMES4578  i was looking when using an app, looked on live TV and option is then available. Much appreciated.
