Samsung QE65Q74A small dark rectangle in upper left corner

The dark rectangle is visible on picture test on the TV (Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Picture Test).
Problem persists after unplugging all connected devices.
Any ideas?

Faulty led, if its under warranty i would contact samsung, even if not under warranty id still contact them
