Samsung QE50QN90CAT TV losing a fast moving object

I have just bought a Samsung QE50QN90CAT TV but when watching football the picture is not tracking a ball too well.

It seems to flicker / miss part of the path of the ball. I have tried changing various settings via the remote but I havent had any success.

Any ideas?

Are you able to turn off any motion clarity options and see if it makes a difference. Sometimes, they do more harm than good.

The TV is connected to my SkyQ Box by a Hi-speed 8k HDMI cable.

Some of the settings:

Picture Clarity Settings - CUSTOM

Blur Reduction: 5

Judder Reduction: 5

LED Clear Motion: off

Noise Reduction: Auto

Film Mode: OFF (greyed out)

Try turning off Blur reduction and maybe Judder too. Are there any picture processing settings on the SkyQ box that you could turn off? Have a look on sky forums for help too.

The only ones without going into the Sky Q Box engineer screen are 576 / 1080i / 1080p / 2160.
