Samsung Q7 HDR+ Mode greyed out

Hi,

I have a Samsung Q7 (QE55Q7FNA) and am trying to get the best quality picture when gaming on my Xbox One X. 

On the Samsung website it says it's best to turn HDR+ Mode but whenever I go to the settings to do this, the HDR+ Mode doesn't allow me to select it, it's just greyed out.

I have turned input signals on already it's just the HDR+ Mode it won't allow me to turn on.

Any help?

Do you have another HDMI cable you can try? Also, could we take the current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Having the same issue. I'm using HDMI 2.1 without HDR+ success.
