Samsung NU8000 Universal Remote Control SkyQ

Hi all,

I'm having great difficulty getting the samsung universal remote control working with the above TV. I have it working with my other TV the Q7FN with no problems but when i go through the same process with the NU8000 it doesn't recognise the remote. I have checked the software on the tv and this is up to date. The only difference is the remote is slightly differeent to the Q7FN remote could this be the issue i.e. the remote does not have the correct codes?

When I first setup my tv NU8000 with skyq it was exactly the same wouldn’t detect skyq box I unplugged hdmi cables etc restarted setup and eventually it did work. Just keep trying
