I can only hazard a guess... I don't think it's possible, that's why it's hard to search for online. Samsung Music app, the APK, I am guessing is designed for smart phone and tablet devices.
But looks like you've put in a good suggestion for future Samsung Smart TVs to have a music app built in that's compatible with your Samsung phone.
