Same thing for me. I started update when I first got it, and cancelled it. That first attempt looked like it was going to work. The subsequent updates all do what yours is doing.

When is Samsung going to respond to this? I was online with Tech support - provided no help. hoping the software update addresses the incredibly slow response time of the operating system...

I just got off live chat. I was told 1015 is the latest firmware and there is nothing he can do to help me.
Clearly the upgrade available version is 1310.
I've vowed to never buy Samsung again. The Support on the Freestyle really is about as bad as it gets.
