Hi all, recently my Samsung Frame started doing a boot loop on startup. I've tried numerous things I including the soft reset, quickly accessing the settings menu to turn of the auto update, turned off auto power off. It's as far as I can go as I literally only have 3 seconds once 'The frame' has been shown then it dissolves off once it has shown the home feature.

I've been able to power it off and power it back on with the remote to quickly access the settings menu and do changes withing 5 seconds before it reboots. I hear a click in the one connect box everytime it restarts like a shutdown click then it boots back up and does the loop over and over again.

TV Model number: QE55LS03T
One connect box: SOC1001T

Is there any method to this madness. I can provide a video if necessary

has anyone been able to fix this issue? Mine started doing this today. when plugged in, displays the frame logo, plays the "on" sound, shuts off, and i hear a click in the "one connect box." continues to do this. Tried unplugging everything, but nothing works. I've seen comments on youtube videos from dozens of people having the same issue, with no easy answers. seems defective to me.

I ended up doing the TV on as spares and repairs. Ive lost faith in samsung tv's for now and their support team wasn't helpful either

Its TV panel issue as per service engineer as reboot is triggered from the display side. TCON replacement didn't fix the issue which means panel problem only. To fix this, panel replacement is the only option and this gonna cost at least 50% of your TV cost. Better to get new TV from some other good brand as Samsung is not helping in this case and the TV is out of warranty.

I'm afraid this boot loop appears to be a common issue with the recent Samsung televisions. There are seperate threads within the community pages discussing black screens and reboot loops. I have exactly the same issue with a 8k OLED - all the basic checks are pretty useless. The bottom line for me is to replace the LCD Panel.  The price for an LCD module is circa £650. The repair is only warrantied for 3 months and may require other chargeable parts and labour. I could end up spending more than the TV and for a 3 month support cycle. Samsung refer to this as as  their 'offer of a chargeable repair'. In the UK the alternative appears to be a 15% loyalty discount on a new TV from ther website subject to T&Cs.  These 'offers' are for the failure of an 8K OLED 55 inch TV that is barely 18months old and for what  looks like a known hardware issue.

Hi, my QLED has also just started doing this. Apparently it is a fault in one of the mocrochips in the screen. New screen required - £480 !!!

I have this exact same issue with my 55" Frame Tv purchased in November 2020.

Why Samsung are your TV's built so poorly? Over £1K spent on a brick. Thankfully I'm covered by the consumers rights act here in the UK but a TV should last at least 5 years. Knew I should have gone with Sony. My back up Bravia is now 9 years old and working like new. Will never buy a Samsung product ever again.

My frame tv keep looping reboot with faint sound. Tested the cable and box with another Frame TV and it work. It seems the problem is with the frame.
