Samsung 65" screen issues, LED/lens spots showing through

My Samsung 65" TV screen has developed issues where the led light spots now show through in rows and distort the colour so it looks patchy. It's only 5 years old, anyone else encountered this and is it fixable? I have images and a video showing the issue. Should be a flat blue colour

Hey @Matt_65TV_2020! Can you run a Picture Test on the TV? Press the Menu button > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture test > Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Picture Test. What is the result?
