Hi all,
I have bought the Samsung S95D and the sound bar Q990D last month.
when started up the q-symphony was working with the sound bar. Now the q-symphony setup doesn’t detect the speaker. Sometimes it’s working sometimes the soundbar itself not working the setup changing itself. The customer care tells its software glitch. I almost tried reset for 3 times no luck with that

I have the same setup since December 2024. But today accidentally soundbar started show S Mute status and sound mode automatically changed to TV Speaker. WiFi connection mode work well. ChatGPT said me to check eArc settings on tv )) S Mute mean no input sound from external source.
I go to S95D tv settings — Sound — Expert Settings and set HDMI-eARC Mode from Auto to Off. Then set back to Auto. And voila HDMI connection restored!
