Hello! I’m currently running Samsung S90C TV and Q700C soundbar. Soundbar is connected to tv using eARC.
I’m having issues trying get Dolby atmos working. The option is greyed out on the tv. I tried watching Encanto on Disney+ through the tv and it only shows 5.1 on the app. I tried opening the settings in the Disney app but Dolby Atmos is still greyed out.
eARC mode is set to auto
Digital Output is set to auto
Sound output: q-symphony
Sound mode: adaptive sound+
