Shame was a handy feature,.in particular the PiP for motion or ring.
Quite happy with my 2021 QN95A.

Wondering if this is more a Ring than Samsung decision...
Solution is buy a 2022 onwards TV 🙃

I’m super unimpressed by this.

I spent £8k on my QN900A - I expect more

than 3 years support for its services when spending that kind of money!

99% of the time it's support from the brand. Its already on the TV doesn't cost Samsung anything but it does cost Ring on server space to push to over an API to the TV.

Unimpressed with this as well. This is my first Samsung tv and thought paying for a flagship tv would mean a premium service. My ring doorbell was working and now not. All I get is that notification now when I try to re-add the doorbell. 3 years they are taking the p***. Sorry finding it hard to be polite. Cannot find out if it’s amazon(ring) or SmartThings or the tv to blame.

Al I know is Amazon, Samsung stuff  are now on my “waste of money” list.

It is Ring to blame, meaning I lose a useful feature.

From Ring Community and they marked this as solution?????? not really a solution just passing the the buck.

"Samsung SmartThings has never been an officially supported integration by Ring. In this case, it is Samsung SmartThings’ discretion whether to continue supporting the Ring Doorbell and Camera integration on a particular smart TV model or not"

At least they answered. I wonder if Samsung Smartthings is reading this?

I think my next TV purchase wont be Samsung and next doorbell wont be RING. Very disappointed in both these companies, seems they are not "partners" after all.
