My samsung smart tv won't connect to my WIFI network. i have tried factory resetting, changing the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4, and changed my WIFI routers name and password. none of these methods worked so, i wanted to try resetting the network settings to see if that would fix it but i don't know how. please help me out!
