Red Spikes Bottom of Screen

Has anyone dealt with this issue? Can you see the red spikes across bottom of screen? Depending on what's on the screen sometimes the red covers entire bottom and seems to lineup with images. Like the red On the bottom right is in line with the app on right and red on bottom left is in line with the arrow on the search bar. Any idea what this is?

I think it is just the app your on

I would never post for solutions if it was just on one app. I'd test it on all apps and connected devices and on over the air TV with no devices connected. And with different cables. All with the same result.

Did you ever figure it out? It's happening to my tv too.

Hey. Yeah what was the situation in the end? My tv is now doing this. Dissappear after a few mins of being turned on. Happens on any screen and app on boot up so not device or cable related
