6 months free Disney plus

Hi,

I recently purchased a QE43Q60CAU TV which is supposed to come with 6 months free Disney Plus.  I have followed the instructions and gone to the 'Samsung Promotions' app on the TV but there is no offer appearing, just a message to check back later, as per attached picture.  (has been the same for a week or so)

Any ideas please?

Hi do you have a Samsung account if you do it might be next to the little face at top right looks like cinema tickets hope this helps 🙂

I'm willing to give you my code has I don't use Disney plus but I won't post it here is there a way I can contact you my code has never been use and it valid till 01/04/2024

Thanks, that's a very generous offer but I'm not sure how to give my email details or whatever without everyone seeing it!

I have since spoken to Samsung on the live chat and they tell me the system that issues the promotions is under maintenance and they will notify me when its back online.

I'm having the same problem. Is it just me or is it still "offline"; it has been 3 weeks now?

I spoke to Samsung via the online chat, who told me the system was offline. Don't know if it was just coincidence but I checked on the TV the day after and the offer had suddenly appeared! So may be worth speaking to them if you've not already.

It's a lie. They offer you that to get you to buy their sh*tty products and then they never give you it. They are conmen. A bunch of fraudsters that lie about products!
