I have a UE50KU6000 operating through an aerial with a new external hard drive with correct spec, the hard drive was formatted by the TV when i plugged it in. Sometimes it records perfectly other times start and finish times are wrong, once it recorded for 12 hours, sometimes it doesn't record a series programme at all. Cannot rely on it all for recording. Any suggestions?
