I have tried getting in touch with Samsung support regarding this (its under warranty) but no reply from them whatsoever for almost a week now.
My back panel is starting to come loose on the back of my QN95B, see
This is outrageous for a TV this expensive. What a cr*ppy ***** quality.
Every time I watch TV for about an hour or more, I start hearing LOUD cracks from behind the TV, probably expanding from the heat, but it should tolerate it. Not making the whole backpanel fall apart.
What the hell do I do now? When samsung ***** support does not reply??

Same issue with a Just 2 year old QN95AATXXN. The frame of the tv gets pushed down at the logo. If i hold the logo and push at the back i can feel the backpanel move a few mm.
About 30 days to late fo warrenty 😞
