I don't know if you ever got your answer, but my settings are 13 (1st window - for the full window) 18 (2nd window - for peak brightness also known as 10% window brightness) and 10 (3rd window). Many people say the third window should be all the way down to zero clicks, but I believe this is meant for OLED only. They also suggest the 1st window is the same as the second window in clicks. You can try what looks best to you, but my suggestion is "13 click, 18 clicks, 10 clicks". Or you can try "18 clicks, 18 clicks, 0 clicks" as people have suggested,
