QN900D strange image noise in game mode and PS5

Hi all, this is a bit of an odd one and I really cannot work out what the issue is. The screen has been replaced and the TV has also been away for repair but no matter what happens I see this issue every time I use YouTube on the PS5.

I must say that for 95% of the time you can’t really notice this issue but it’s really frustrating me to what the issue is on a £5k screen.

I’d welcome any input, comments or suggestions.

It seems like banding, what resolution have you got videos set to play at? Sometimes YouTube defaults to a lower resolution.

This is just the splash screen when it loads up! Nothing to do with resolution. 

Either this screen is bad or the game mode is broken somehow or the PS5 output from app like YouTube is just shocking. 

Something is happening though because the standard Netflix app on the TV (as well as YouTube) is incredible. I think it’s game mode related I really do.

Games look fine.

Played around with a few settings but it’s still there. Very very strange and worrying issue on a £5,000 TV!
