Sunday - last edited Sunday
Good day.
I recently bought a brand new QLED 4K Q80D 65" TV (QN65Q80DAFXZC) and I have issues with its equalizer setting.
When I first set up the TV I was able to adjust the EQ to the setting that I wanted.
The next day I noticed that the sound coming from the TV seemed different than the EQ that I set it to.
I tried adjusting the EQ but the changes were not being reflected by the sound coming from the TV.
Resetting the sound settings did not fix the issue.
A factory reset fixed the issue, but the next day the sound changed again and the issue resurfaced.
During this time I had not touched any of the other settings (intelligence mode, sound mode, digital output audio format, etc.)
The TV is on the latest firmware update.
Is there a fix for this issue? (seems software related)

@aranswp: Please note that the Equaliser is not available when the Adaptive Sound Pro or Active Voice Amplifier function is turned on. Furthermore, this function is not available when the Sound Mode function is set to Adaptive Sound, Game, or Amplify.
With this in mind, please head to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Adaptive Sound Pro, and toggle this option off if it is enabled. Also, select Intelligent Mode > Active Voice Amplifier > Off.
Now, check your Sound Mode options (Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode) to ensure that the options highlighted above are not enabled, then check your equaliser settings once again. Let me know how you get on.
