How can I resolve logging onto BBC iPlayer on my QE55Q90RAT flagship smart TV?
Each time I wish to view BBC iPlayer I have to logon to my internet and bbc login page every time.
I’ve followed the advice and guidance, switch off tv, leave, stitch on, reset apart apps...plus ensured I’m running latest updates...restored to factory settings....soft boot...hard boot...now I can’t even get online support through the TV...etc etc
Not interested in why just want resolution @samsunguk please.

Morning @SmierJD ,
I have found this: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/help/questions/signing-in/sign-in-every-time-tv on the I-player help page. Can you please tell me what software version is your TV currently running on? You can check this from the TV Settings> Support> About this TV.

I have a not so flagship UE43RU7400UXXU
Been having this issue a while. I have tried factory reset a few times. No joy. The only thing I do have is my home network has an ad blocking filter system enabled. This will be the last Samsung TV I will buy because of the forced on you advertising. The ad blocker stops this happening for now but I notice I have to disable it to do any updates or access the app store. Seems Samsung punishes you for not allowing them to send ***** to a TV I've spent hundreds of pounds for. On my Sony TV in the other room everything is working fine though.
When they start supplying me with free tvs I will allow the adds.

I seem to have found a fix, so will post it here for reference:
settings>broadcasting>expert>HbbTV
turn OFF do not track
turn OFF private browsing
Restart TV
