Q95T QLED Smart 4K TV App Store Connection & Download Problem

I have a 65" Q95T QLED Smart 4K TV with the latest 1402.6 Update installed.

 

When unplugged and re-plugged, it can connect to Samsung App Store to start downloading apps or it can download Ambient Feature Files when selected for the first time.

 

Otherwise, when the App Store or Ambient Future is closed and re-opened; neither App Store downloads nor Ambient Feature File download works. I have error messages indicating that the server is under maintenance or not accessible.

 

Except that, all my applications using internet connection, namely Netflix, Apple TV, Apple Music, Prime TV etc.. are working perfectly.

 

I checked the issue with 3 different internet providers, result is the same. In addition, I have another Samsung TV at home and it works perfectly using the same internet connection & connecting to Samsung App Store.

 

Do you  have any solution to this issue or similar experience?

can't seem to get hold of a connection app for a lg-tv or connect to YouTube 'at all wot's happening ??
