I have found since the latest TV update, my series X won't always select game mode and has the message source. And failed to has connection hdmi error. If I turn off game mode its fine, other times I have to switch tv and Xbox on before will recognize the game mode, so seems the Q90R with new update won't switch to game mode and comes up click on source. So not going into auto game mode at times, switch hdmi cable and does the same. Or else its the Xbox not switching on game mode on samsung, or their firmware causing the issue
