I am VERY disappointed in my TV. It switches to tvplus, adds apps I do not want, and does not offer other apps I can get on Roku. One app I have suddenly requires me to login every time by single character every time. I will never buy another
That's not what we like to hear, @tvuser1. What's the full model code and current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
Also, have you tried re-setting your Smart Hub? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
