I've noticed that SDR content has sharpness set to 0 by default where as HDR content has sharpness set to 10 by default. I just started playing Monster Hunter World on my PS4 Pro in HDR and with the default settings the picture looks grainy and horrible. I turned down the sharpness to 0 and it looks much better now, but I'm curious if I'm intentionally softening the image or if 0 is "no sharpness applied".
Anyone know the answer to this?
