I bought a QE55Q70TAT model TV.
This morning I received remote assistance from a Samsung technician. At my request to turn off the BT he performed the intervention and told me that he had solved it.
I checked and the BT signal was still present, so the technician explained to me that he had only turned off the BT notifications, but that the signal could not be turned off.
It is absurd that I cannot turn off the BT signal that I don't use.
I would like an answer and a solution from Samsung because I find this unacceptable (among other things, before the purchase, a Samsung sales representative had confirmed this possibility to me).
