Everything is connected per instructions. It works sometimes but very regularly the tv error message comes up with a dropped connection. It's driving me insane. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi, I got the same issue.
I can't connect GQ65 tv and Yamaha YAS-209 with HDMI ARC.
It keeps notice me, that cabel is not connected ( cabel is Digitus HDMI cabel High Speed Ultra HD)
Need some help.

Having the same issue... Sometimes the soundbar switches on with the TV, but mostly have to switch it on manually. Sound cuts out every now and then too. Saw a firmware update this morning, but haven't tested it yet after the update. Would really like get this sorted...

I somehow connected YAS 209, but allways it loses conection after TV is switched off.
