Hey right I bought a Samsung tv registered it but when I go into my products on members doesn't appear at all which is strange as registered it yesterday for the 5 year guarantee got an email back but not showing up on my member app any help appreciated

@Julie84: When you head to the Samsung Members app > Support > + Register, have you tried using all the available registration options e.g. QR code, Wi-Fi and Manual input or barcode? 

For your peace of mind, registration on the Members app is not required to activate your warranty, as this happens automatically on the date of purchase.

Even i got the tv out did day do I want to register it so I pressed yes but then said error. Had to do it through live chat to activate my 5 year guarantee. Just thought since my Samsung arching is linked to the tv it would maybe show as a product but doesnt

Hiya, I've had similar issue and only noticed it today, I've had my TV 2 months, registered it the day I set it up, then again via the app, today I looked and it just said this phone I'm using so had to do it again?

I tried it last night and cause tv was connected to the same wifi as my phone let me do it so I'll see how that goes
