Hello guys , i have a problem with my tv Samsung UE32C6500 suddently my DTV is not working tryied to upgrade software online .. is not working , replace another tv with DTV working , change date and time put on manual and automatically ... nothing . What can i do ? please advice .
Are you able to tell me if you get any message on the screen when that happens? Is the antenna working with any other devices on your place?
YESSSSS Tess i received a message on my tv... was like a hidden menu , i never saw before that message was for te first time. Yes anntena is working ... thanku for your reply !!
That's fine. I would like you to try the following steps:
• Make sure the Antenna cable is connected securely.
• Please try Plug & Play (Initial setup) to add available channels to the channel list. Go to MENU> Setup> Plug & Play (Initial setup) and wait for all available channels to be stored.
• Verify the Antenna is positioned correctly.
