Get this on TV every 2 hours. Read and agreed all notices. Still getting pop up. How to stop it? "Thank you for being our valued customer. As a reminder, and as mentioned in the Smart Hub Privacy Notice (found in the TV settings), we may collect information about how you use thik device and the services you use on it."

Personally, going to block the tv from accessing the internet and start looking for a different manufacturer that does not do this and replace my Samsung TVs. Great job Samsung, you just lost another customer.

I logged into my Samsung account on their website, and clicked on the privacy updates. That stopped the notice from appearing on my TV.

Same here. Will not buy anything from Samsung again. Tried everything. This problem is all over the internet. At least tell us you are working on the problem

What do you mean by clicking on the privacy updates? Can you provide a link, please? This same thing is happening to my tv and I clicked on the privacy button on the Samsung website, but I don't see a place where I can click to deactivate the pop up

I also am unable to stop the annoying advertising a commercial break. How do I stop this????
