You cannot directly change the aspect ratio of a movie on Prime Video within the app itself; to adjust the aspect ratio, you need to access your TV's settings, as the Prime Video app does not have a built-in feature to manually alter it. You would need to change the aspect ratio in the tv settings to what suits you. Annoying, but not really an issue with the tv. This is down to the Prime app.
