my organization bought Samsung 75” QLED TV QE75Q60TAU. We have an active sound system using analog inputs. I know that volume cannot be controlled through optical cable only but is there a way to have volume adjusted through remote controller IF optical cable deliveres signal to some specific device? This device would then transfer the signal to the analog. I have currently normal DA-transformator in the signal chain (TV-optical cable - DA - active speakers) but what is the device I should buy to replace DA-transformator to have also volume controllation possibility? Cheaper the better. 😄
