One connect problem, says that there no signal in the internet cable

My 2020 Q95 65 dont connect to internet, when i try ty install the rj45 it says no connection to internet, but its nothing wrong on the cable, its live when i connect my laptop. Can it be something wrong with the network card in the oneconnect?
